INGREDIENTS:
2 Cauliflower heads, trimmed into florets
1 small bunch parsley, roughly chopped
½ cup pine nuts
1 tbsp Paprika
1 garlic clove minced
50g butter, melted
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 lemons, juiced
1 tsp salt
METHOD:
Step 1: Steam cauliflower in a steaming basket over a pot of boiling water, for 10 minutes or until tender.
Step 2: Transfer steamed cauliflower into a serving dish.
Step 3: Add olive oil, lemon juice, butter, garlic, pine nuts, paprika, salt and parsley. Toss together well to combine. Step 4: Serve warm
