½ cup orange juice
½ cup water
¼ cup sugar
2 sprigs mint
1kg watermelon, peeled, diced
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Step 1: Combine orange juice, water, mint and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boil over low heat.
Step 2: Boil, until a thick syrup forms.
Step 3: Remove the sprigs of mint and transfer syrup into a food processor.
Step 4: Add the watermelon and lime juice to the food processor and process until smooth.
Step 5: Pour mixture into 12 ice-block moulds, insert sticks and freeze.
