2 serves quick oats
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp honey
Step 1: Combine oats and vanilla essence in a saucepan and cook on low heat (as per packet instructions).
Step 2: Meanwhile slice strawberries.
Step 3: Remove cooked porridge off heat and stir in milk, honey, strawberries and blueberries (leave a few berries aside to garnish).
Step 4: Serve porridge in small bowls and garnish with the remaining sliced strawberries and blueberries.
