Vanilla Porridge

COOK TIME: 5min SERVES: 2


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 serves quick oats

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 6 strawberries

  • 10 blueberries


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Combine oats and vanilla essence in a saucepan and cook on low heat (as per packet instructions).

  • Step 2: Meanwhile slice strawberries.

  • Step 3: Remove cooked porridge off heat and stir in milk, honey, strawberries and blueberries (leave a few berries aside to garnish).

  • Step 4: Serve porridge in small bowls and garnish with the remaining sliced strawberries and blueberries.
