INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup quick oats
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup milk
1 tbsp honey
2 strawberries
4 blueberries
METHOD:
Step 1: Combine oats, water and vanilla essence in a saucepan and cook on low heat (as per packet instructions).
Step 2: Meanwhile slice strawberries.
Step 3: Remove cooked porridge off heat and stir in milk and honey.
Step 4: Garnish with strawberry slices and blueberries.
