Vanilla Porridge

PREP TIME: 5min

COOK TIME: 5min SERVES: 2


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2/3 cup quick oats

  • 1 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 strawberries 

  • 4 blueberries


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Combine oats, water and vanilla essence in a saucepan and cook on low heat (as per packet instructions).

  • Step 2: Meanwhile slice strawberries.

  • Step 3: Remove cooked porridge off heat and stir in milk and honey.

  • Step 4: Garnish with strawberry slices and blueberries.
