2 cups self-rising flour
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1¾ cup milk
1 punnet strawberries
1 punnet blueberries
Step 1: Whisk flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Gradually whisk in milk to form a smooth mixture.
Step 3: Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Step 4: Grease pan with spray cooking oil.
Step 5: Pour ¼ cup of mixture into pan per pancake.
Step 6: Cook each pancake until bubbles appear, then flip until cooked through.
Step 7: Stack and serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, sliced bananas, strawberries and blueberries.
