COOK TIME: 5min SERVES: 2-4
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
4 cups milk
3 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup cornflour
1/4 cup sugar
METHOD:
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Step 2: Place saucepan over medium heat.
Step 3: Bring mixture to boil, whilst continuously stirring.
Step 4: Lower heat and cook for a further 2 ½ minutes.
Step 5: Remove cooked custard off heat.
Step 6: Serve cool or warm.
