SERVES: 3-6
INGREDIENTS:
6 pieces Sliced bread
2 carrots, thinly chopped longways
6 tbsp mayonnaise
300g canned tuna, flaked
6 large butter lettuce leafs
METHOD:
Step 1: Place 6 slices of bread open on a flat work space. Chop off the crusts.
Step 2: Spread 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
Step 3: Flake the tuna on one half of each slice.
Step 4: Place the carrot sticks on top of tuna and top with a lettuce leaf.
Step 5: Tightly roll the bread closed to serve.
