Tuna Carrot Rolls

PREP TIME: 10min

SERVES: 3-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 pieces Sliced bread

  • 2 carrots, thinly chopped longways

  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 300g canned tuna, flaked

  • 6 large butter lettuce leafs


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Place 6 slices of bread open on a flat work space. Chop off the crusts.

  • Step 2: Spread 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise on each slice of bread.

  • Step 3: Flake the tuna on one half of each slice.

  • Step 4: Place the carrot sticks on top of tuna and top with a lettuce leaf.

  • Step 5: Tightly roll the bread closed to serve.
