1kg Salmon, filleted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger powder
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C and line a large baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2: Place the filleted Salmon in the baking dish.
Step 3: In a mixing bowl combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, sugar, corn flour and rice wine vinegar. Mix well to form a smooth Teriyaki marinade.
Step 4: Pour the marinade into the baking dish over the Salmon. Turn twice, to coat well.
Step 5: Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Spray the fillets with spray oil and cover the dish with foil.
Step 7: Cook covered for 60 minutes.
Step 8: Sprinkle chopped spring onions and sesame seeds over the cooked salmon to serve.
