INGREDIENTS:
440g thin Hokkien noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
500g chicken breast, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup teriyaki sauce
¼ tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
250g broccoli florets
410g baby corn spears
1 red capsicum, sliced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds
METHOD:
Step 1: Cook and drain noodles according to packet instructions. Set aside.
Step 2: Place vegetable oil and sesame oil in a wok. Heat wok over medium heat.
Step 3: Once the wok has heated, add the diced chicken and capsicum. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic, corn spears and broccoli. Stir fry for a further 3 minutes.
Step 5: Add the cooked Hokkien noodles and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Step 6: Season with salt and pepper and garnish with sesame seeds to serve.
