Swiss Cheese Panini

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 5min SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 small ciabatta roll

  • 6 slices of deli salami

  • 3 slices of tomato

  • 1 large lettuce leaf

  • Swiss cheese slices

  • Butter spread


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Slice a ciabatta roll in half and place open on a flat work space.

  • Step 2: Butter the inside of the panini on both sides.

  • Step 3: On one half, layer lettuce, cheese and folded slices of salami.

  • Step 4: Close the panini with the other half of the bread and serve.
