INGREDIENTS:
3 large sweet potatoes
Sea salt
2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
Tomato sauce - optional
Spray olive oil
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: Peel potatoes. Slice into chips.
Step 3: Lay chips evenly across the tray. Do not overcrowd.
Step 4: Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with tomato dipping sauce.
