Sweet Potato Chips - (GF, EF, DF, NF)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large sweet potatoes

  • Sea salt

  • 2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped

  • Tomato sauce - optional

  • Spray olive oil


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.

  • Step 2: Peel potatoes. Slice into chips.

  • Step 3: Lay chips evenly across the tray. Do not overcrowd.

  • Step 4: Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once.

  • Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with tomato dipping sauce.
