INGREDIENTS:
2 Baby Cos lettuces, washed and shredded.
250g strawberries, hulled and halved
120g baby spinach leaves
320g marinated feta
½ cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
METHOD:
Step 1: Place shredded lettuce, strawberries, baby spinach and walnuts in a large salad bowl.
Step 2: Just before serving, pour feta with marinade over salad.
Step 3: Add vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt. Toss salad together to serve.
