PREP TIME: 15min
250g whipped cream
1 tbsp black chia seeds or black sesame seeds
Step 1: Wash and hull the strawberries.
Step 2: Slice off the tips of the strawberries and set them aside in a bowl. These will form the Santa hats.
Step 3: Stand the remaining strawberry bodies upright on a serving platter.
Step 4: On top of each strawberry body, pipe a 1 cm thick face of whipped cream.
Step 5: Place a strawberry hat (tip) back on top of each cream face.
Step 6: Add a smaller ball of whipped cream on top of each strawberry hat. This should resemble a pom pom.
Step 7: Add two tiny cream buttons down the centre of each strawberry body.
Step 8: Place two black seeds on each cream face to form eyes.
Step 9: Refrigerate, until ready to serve.
