INGREDIENTS:
500g spiral pasta
1 large bunch basil
2 tbsp pine nuts
1 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
METHOD:
Step 1: Cook spiral pasta until Al dente (see packet instructions). Drain and set aside once cooked.
Step 2: Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients in a food processor. Process to form a thick Pesto sauce.
Step 3: Stir the sauce through the hot pasta. Toss the pasta thoroughly to coat well and portion up the pasta in seal tight containers.
