INGREDIENTS:
1kg beef chuck steak
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, diced
3 carrots, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
500g baby potatoes, washed
¼ cup Worchester sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
5 bay leaves
¾ cup parsley, chopped
800g canned tomatoes, diced
1 cup water
2 beef stock cubes
METHOD:
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a 4.5 litre slow cooker. Mix well to combine.
Step 2: Cook on LOW for 8 hours, or on HIGH for 6 hours until beef is tender.
Step 3: Serve
