INGREDIENTS:
2kg beef short ribs
1 large onion, finely diced
6 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup sweet chilli sauce
½ cup stout beer
⅓ cup soy sauce
½ cup honey
¼ cup flour
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup spring onion, finely chopped
METHOD:
Step 1: Place onion, garlic, tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce, stout, soy sauce, flour and honey in a 4.5 litre slow cooker. Mix well to combine.
Step 2: Add the beef ribs to the slow-cooker and turn to coat and marinade in the sticky mixture.
Step 3: Cook on low for 8 hours.
Step 4: Garnish ribs with chopped parsley and spring onion to serve.
