Scary Spaghetti

PREP TIME: 15min

COOK TIME: 15min SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g spaghetti

  • 250g peas, frozen

  • ¾ cup Parmesan, grated

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 100g Parmesan,sliced

  • ½ cup black olives, sliced.


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Cook spaghetti pasta until Al dente (see packet instructions). Boil peas with pasta in the same saucepan. Drain pasta and peas together and return to cooking pot. 

  • Step 2: Stir olive oil, minced garlic and grated parmesan through the spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper. 

  • Step 3: Divide spaghetti into serving bowls.

  • Step 4: Cut Parmesan and olives into facial shapes. Garnish spaghetti with scary faces and serve.
