INGREDIENTS:
1kg beef mince
10 puff pastry sheets, frozen
1 small onion
1 carrot
1 potato
2 celery sticks
1 small zucchini
2 garlic cloves
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp sesame seeds
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2: Take puff pastry sheets out of freezer to thaw.
Step 3: Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 4: Peel and wash vegetables.
Step 5: Place all the vegetables into a food processor and process together to form a fine shred.
Step 6: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded vegetables, beef mince, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix together well.
Step 7: On a flat work space, lay one sheet of puff pastry out and cut it in half.
