PREP TIME: 15min
SERVES: 3-6
INGREDIENTS:
6 slices wholemeal bread
6 bamboo skewers
6 cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
½ red capsicum
100g leg ham
100g Tasty cheese block
METHOD:
Step 1: Halve the tomatoes.
Step 2: Thickly slice the capsicum and cucumber.
Step 3: Cut the ham, cheese and bread into 1cm thick blocks.
Step 4: Thread any combination of pieces onto the bamboo skewers until full.
Step 5: Serve.
