Sandwich Kebabs

PREP TIME: 15min

SERVES: 3-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 slices wholemeal bread

  • 6 bamboo skewers

  • 6 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • ½ red capsicum

  • 100g leg ham

  • 100g Tasty cheese block


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Halve the tomatoes.

  • Step 2: Thickly slice the capsicum and cucumber.

  • Step 3: Cut the ham, cheese and bread into 1cm thick blocks.

  • Step 4: Thread any combination of pieces onto the bamboo skewers until full.

  • Step 5: Serve.
