Salami Avo Panini

PREP TIME: 5min

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 small ciabatta rolls

  • 16 slices of deli salami,

  • 2 avocados, thinly sliced

  • 4 slices tasty cheese


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Slice a ciabatta roll in half and place open on a flat work space.

  • Step 2: On one half, layer one slice of cheese, 4 folded slices of salami and three slices of avocado.

  • Step 3: Close the panini with the other half of the bread.

  • Step 4: Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to serve.
