INGREDIENTS:
4 small ciabatta rolls
16 slices of deli salami,
2 avocados, thinly sliced
4 slices tasty cheese
METHOD:
Step 1: Slice a ciabatta roll in half and place open on a flat work space.
Step 2: On one half, layer one slice of cheese, 4 folded slices of salami and three slices of avocado.
Step 3: Close the panini with the other half of the bread.
Step 4: Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to serve.
