Gluten Free, Egg Free & Nut Free

INGREDIENTS:
4 cobs of corn
4 long bamboo skewers
1 litre of water
1 tbsp garlic oil
2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
100g parmesan, grated
1 lime
½ tsp salt
METHOD:
Step 1: Soak bamboo skewers in a bowl of water for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large baking tray with spray oil.
Step 3: Remove silk and husks off corn.
Step 4: Insert one bamboo skewers into corn cob.
Step 5: Place corn on baking tray. Drizzle with garlic oil and season with salt.
Step 6: Roast corn for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7: Sprinkle chopped parsley and grated cheese over the cooked corn.
Step 8: Cut the lime into wedges and serve alongside the cheesy corn.
