Ricotta Spiral Pasta

PREP TIME: 5min

COOK TIME: 10min SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g spiral pasta

  • 1 litre water

  • 250g ricotta cheese

  • 3 tbsp of olive oil

  • Salt

  • Ground pepper


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Place water in a large saucepan.

  • Step 2: Salt the water with 1 teaspoon of salt and bring the salted water to boil.

  • Step 3: Once boiling add the pasta and cook until Al dente (see packet instructions).

  • Step 4: Drain the pasta and return back to the saucepan.

  • Step 5: Add the ricotta cheese and olive oil to the pasta. Mix well to coat and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Dollop the remainder of the fresh ricotta on top to serve.
