INGREDIENTS:
3 sheets frozen puff pastry
12 hotdogs
¼ cup milk
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2: Remove puff pastry from freezer and allow to thaw.
Step 3: Meanwhile, cook hotdogs in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Step 4: When the puff pastry has thawed, place it on a flat workspace. With a sharp knife cut each sheet of pastry into 4 equal squares.
Step 5: Place one hotdog in each square diagonally and roll the puff pastry tightly around the sausage.
Step 6: Place all puff dogs on the prepared baking tray and brush with milk.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, until pastry is golden.
