1-2 large potatoes
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk
Step 1: Peel and chop potatoes.
Step 2: Place chopped potatoes into a medium size saucepan. Add water to cover.
Step 3: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.
Step 4: Lower heat and cook potatoes covered for 15 minutes or until tender.
Step 5: Drain potatoes from water and add butter and milk.
Step 6: Use a fork to mash to a creamy consistency.
Step 7: Allow the mash to cool slightly and serve warm.
