Potato Mash

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 15min SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-2 large potatoes

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp milk

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Peel and chop potatoes.

  • Step 2: Place chopped potatoes into a medium size saucepan. Add water to cover.

  • Step 3: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.

  • Step 4: Lower heat and cook potatoes covered for 15 minutes or until tender.

  • Step 5: Drain potatoes from water and add butter and milk.

  • Step 6: Use a fork to mash to a creamy consistency.

  • Step 7: Allow the mash to cool slightly and serve warm.
