Pork Rissoles

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 25min SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g pork mince

  • ½ cup fresh chives, finely chopped

  • 1 zucchini, grated

  • 1 tbsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp ground pepper

  • Olive oil spray


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C.

  • Step 2: Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Step 3: Spray baking paper with spray oil.

  • Step 4: Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

  • Step 5: Use your hands to mix and combine all ingredients together.

  • Step 6: Roll 12 rissole balls and place them neatly on the lined tray.

  • Step 7: Spray rissoles with olive oil spray.

  • Step 8: Lower oven heat to 180°C and bake for 20-25 minutes.
