INGREDIENTS:
500g pork mince
½ cup fresh chives, finely chopped
1 zucchini, grated
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp soy sauce, gluten free
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp garlic oil
Olive oil spray
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2: Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 3: Spray baking paper with spray oil.
Step 4: Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Step 5: Use your hands to mix and combine all ingredients together.
Step 6: Roll 12 meatballs and place them neatly on the lined tray.
Step 7: Drizzle meatballs with garlic oil.
Step 8: Lower oven heat to 180°C and bake for 20-25 minutes.
