Pesto Spaghetti

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 15min SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g spaghetti

  • 1 large bunch basil

  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Cook spaghetti until Al dente (see packet instructions). Drain and set aside once cooked.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients in a food processor. Process to form a thick Pesto sauce.

  • Step 3: Stir the sauce through the hot pasta. Toss the pasta thoroughly to coat well and serve.
