Peach Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g natural yogurt

  • 1 peach


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Peel and chop peaches.

  • Step 2: Place chopped peaches into a medium size saucepan. Add water to cover.

  • Step 3: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.

  • Step 4: Lower heat and cook peaches covered for 10 minutes or until tender.

  • Step 5: Drain peaches and use a stick mixer or blender to puree.

  • Step 6: Combine peach puree and yogurt in a mixing bowl and gently fold together.

  • Step 7: Serve.
