250g natural yogurt
Step 1: Peel and chop peaches.
Step 2: Place chopped peaches into a medium size saucepan. Add water to cover.
Step 3: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.
Step 4: Lower heat and cook peaches covered for 10 minutes or until tender.
Step 5: Drain peaches and use a stick mixer or blender to puree.
Step 6: Combine peach puree and yogurt in a mixing bowl and gently fold together.
Step 7: Serve.
