300g frozen peas
Step 1: Place peas into a medium size saucepan. Add water to cover.
Step 2: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.
Step 3: Lower heat and cook peas for 10 minutes or until tender.
Step 4: Drain peas from water and use a stick mixer or blender to puree.
Step 5: Allow the puree to cool slightly and serve warm.
