Pea Puree

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 10min SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300g frozen peas


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Place peas into a medium size saucepan. Add water to cover.

  • Step 2: Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.

  • Step 3: Lower heat and cook peas for 10 minutes or until tender.

  • Step 4: Drain peas from water and use a stick mixer or blender to puree.

  • Step 5: Allow the puree to cool slightly and serve warm.
