INGREDIENTS:
2kg pork ribs
4 sprigs fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
2 tsp ground pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
½ cup honey
¼ cup olive oil
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2: Lay the pork ribs in the baking dish and scatter rosemary throughout.
Step 3: Place all other ingredients into a food processor and process for 1 minute to form a thick marinade.
Step 4: Brush the ribs with the marinade and coat well.
Step 5: Cook ribs in the oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through, turning twice.
