Orange, Garlic & Ginger Pork Pibs

PREP TIME: 15min

COOK TIME: 45min SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2kg pork ribs

  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, roughly chopped

  • 2 tsp ground pepper

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp ginger powder

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • ½ cup honey

  • ¼ cup olive oil


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking dish with baking paper.

  • Step 2: Lay the pork ribs in the baking dish and scatter rosemary throughout.

  • Step 3: Place all other ingredients into a food processor and process for 1 minute to form a thick marinade.

  • Step 4: Brush the ribs with the marinade and coat well.

  • Step 5: Cook ribs in the oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through, turning twice.
