INGREDIENTS:
10 meringue nests
250g strawberries, sliced
300 ml thickened cream
1 tbsp honey
1 ½ tbsp caster sugar
METHOD:
Step 1: Place the meringue nests on a serving platter.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream, honey and sugar until stiff peaks form.
Step 3: Pipe the cream mixture evenly into each meringue.
Step 4: Top the mini pavlovas with sliced strawberries and then refrigerate.
