Mini Pavs

PREP TIME: 15min

SERVES: 10

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 meringue nests

  • 250g strawberries, sliced

  • 300 ml thickened cream

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 ½ tbsp caster sugar

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Place the meringue nests on a serving platter.

  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream, honey and sugar until stiff peaks form.

  • Step 3: Pipe the cream mixture evenly into each meringue.

  • Step 4: Top the mini pavlovas with sliced strawberries and then refrigerate.
