INGREDIENTS:
6 English muffins
1 x 400g tin crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic, minced
3 cups Mozzarella cheese
200g shredded ham
Olive oil spray
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: Lay the English muffins open on the baking tray.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the crushed tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt and garlic. Mix well.
Step 4: With a spoon evenly spread a thin layer of the tomato mixture on top of each mini pizza base .
Step 5: Sprinkle a second layer of mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Add a third layer of shredded ham.
Step 7: Add a final sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Step 8: Drizzle any remaining tomato mixture over the mini pizzas.
Step 9: Spray each mini pizza with olive oil and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
