INGREDIENTS:
4 cobs of corn
3 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large baking tray with spray oil.
Step 2: Remove silk and husks off corn
Step 3: Place corn on baking tray. Rub with butter and season with salt.
Step 4: Roast corn for 20-25 minutes
