Mini Butter Corn Cob

PREP TIME: 5min

COOK TIME: 25min SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cobs of corn

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • ½ tsp salt


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large baking tray with spray oil.

  • Step 2: Remove silk and husks off corn

  • Step 3: Place corn on baking tray. Rub with butter and season with salt.

  • Step 4: Roast corn for 20-25 minutes
