INGREDIENTS:
2 family size pizza bases
1 x 400g tin crushed tomatoes
150g pepperoni, sliced
100g prosciutto, diced
2 pork and fennel sausages, de-cased and cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic, minced
8 slices Buffalo Mozzarella cheese
4 sprigs fresh basil
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2: Line two large pizza trays with baking paper.
Step 3: Place the bases on the prepared trays.
Step 4: In a small bowl, combine the crushed tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt and garlic. Mix well.
Step 5: With a spoon evenly spread a thin layer of the tomato mixture on top of each base.
Step 6: Place 4 slices of mozzarella on each base.
Step 7: Top the pizzas with sliced pepperoni diced prosciutto, cubed pork sausage and fresh basil leaves.
Step 8: Spray each pizza with olive oil and cook in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until bases are crisp and cheese is melted.
