Meat Lovers Pizza

PREP TIME: 10min



  • 2 family size pizza bases

  • 1 x 400g tin crushed tomatoes

  • 150g pepperoni, sliced

  • 100g prosciutto, diced

  • 2 pork and fennel sausages, de-cased and cubed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

  • 8 slices Buffalo Mozzarella cheese

  • 4 sprigs fresh basil


  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • Step 2: Line two large pizza trays with baking paper.

  • Step 3: Place the bases on the prepared trays.

  • Step 4: In a small bowl, combine the crushed tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt and garlic. Mix well.

  • Step 5: With a spoon evenly spread a thin layer of the tomato mixture on top of each base.

  • Step 6: Place 4 slices of mozzarella on each base.

  • Step 7: Top the pizzas with sliced pepperoni diced prosciutto, cubed pork sausage and fresh basil leaves.

  • Step 8: Spray each pizza with olive oil and cook in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until bases are crisp and cheese is melted.
