Marshmallow Pops

PREP TIME: 15min

SERVES: 5-10

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 marshmallows

  • ¾ cup dark chocolate melts

  • ½ cup sprinkles

  • ½ cup mini coloured chocolate buttons

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Place each marshmallow on the end of a bamboo skewer.

  • Step 2: Place ½ cup sprinkles and ½ cup mini chocolate buttons on the workbench.

  • Step 3: In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate melts for 60 seconds. Stir the melted chocolate until a smooth consistency forms.

  • Step 4: Pick up one skewer and dip half of the marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Then coat it in any combination of sprinkles or buttons by dipping it into the prepared cups.

  • Step 5: Lay the coated marshmallow on a tray lined with baking paper to set.

  • Step 6: Repeat this process until remaining marshmallows are coated.

  • Step 7: Refrigerate and serve once chocolate has set.
