Lemon Soy Chicken Kebabs

COOK TIME: 10min SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 750g chicken breast, diced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup basil, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Toss the ingredients together to marinade the diced chicken.

  • Step 2: Thread the marinated chicken onto kebab skewers.

  • Step 3: Grill the chicken kebabs on a hotplate or bbq for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
