INGREDIENTS:
750g chicken tenderloins
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup dill, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
METHOD:
Step 1: Soak 8 bamboo skewers in a bowl of water for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix all ingredients together and marinade the tenderloins.
Step 3: Insert a bamboo skewer into the length of each marinated tenderloin.
Step 4: Grill the chicken kebabs on a hotplate or bbq.
Step 5: Cook kebabs for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
