Lemon Chicken Kebabs

PREP TIME: 30min

COOK TIME: 10min SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 750g chicken tenderloins

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • ¼ cup dill, finely chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Soak 8 bamboo skewers in a bowl of water for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix all ingredients together and marinade the tenderloins.

  • Step 3: Insert a bamboo skewer into the length of each marinated tenderloin.

  • Step 4: Grill the chicken kebabs on a hotplate or bbq.

  • Step 5: Cook kebabs for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
