INGREDIENTS:
500g lamb mince
1 onion, grated
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
Spray olive oil
METHOD:
Step 1: Soak 8 bamboo skewers in a bowl of water for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix all ingredients together.
Step 3: Divide the lamb into 8 balls.
Step 4: Insert a bamboo skewer into each ball. Shape each ball around a skewer to form a kofta.
Step 5: Spray each kofta with oil and grill on a hotplate or bbq.
Step 6: Cook koftas for 15-20 minutes or until lamb is cooked through.
Step 7: Serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
