Heart Fruit Salad

PREP TIME: 15min

SERVES: 6-8

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ watermelon seedless

  • ¼ pineapple

  • ¼ cantaloupe

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Slice watermelon, cantaloupe and pineapple into 1cm thick slices.

  • Step 2: Cut slices into heart shapes using a heart-shaped cookie cutter. 

  • Step 3: Place fruit together in a serving bowl to serve.
