2 family size pizza bases
1 x 400g tin crushed tomatoes
1 x 400g tin pineapple, diced
150g shredded ham
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic, minced
250g Mozzarella cheese
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease two pizza trays with spray oil.
Step 2: Lay a pizza base on each tray.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the crushed tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt and garlic. Mix well.
Step 4: With a spoon evenly spread a thin layer of the tomato mixture on top of each pizza base .
Step 5: Sprinkle a second layer of mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Top pizzas with a combination of ham and pineapple.
Step 7: Spray each pizza with olive oil and cook in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until base is crisp and cheese is melted.
