INGREDIENTS:
1 sheet puff pastry
50g tomato paste
50g ham, shredded
100g mozzarella, grated
½ tsp dried herbs
¼ cup milk
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.
Step 2: On a flat work space, lay out the puff pastry and spread it with tomato paste.
Step 3: Sprinkle the ham on top and then the grated cheese.
Step 4: Roll the puff pastry into the shape of a tight tube. Cut the tube into eight equal wheels.
Step 5: Lay each wheel flat on the baking tray.
Step 6: Brush the top and the sides of the wheels with some milk.
Step 7: Sprinkle on the dried herbs.
Step 8: Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
