Ham Puff Wheels

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 15min SERVES: 2-3

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry

  • 50g tomato paste

  • 50g ham, shredded

  • 100g mozzarella, grated

  • ½ tsp dried herbs

  • ¼ cup milk


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil.

  • Step 2: On a flat work space, lay out the puff pastry and spread it with tomato paste.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the ham on top and then the grated cheese.

  • Step 4: Roll the puff pastry into the shape of a tight tube. Cut the tube into eight equal wheels.

  • Step 5: Lay each wheel flat on the baking tray.

  • Step 6: Brush the top and the sides of the wheels with some milk.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle on the dried herbs.

  • Step 8: Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
