Guacamole

PREP TIME: 10min

SERVES: 6-8


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 avocados, peeled and de-pipped

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup lime juice

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 1 sprig fresh basil

  • 1 sprig fresh coriander

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ red onion, finely diced

  • 1 Jalapeno, finely sliced (optional/replace with ¼ tsp ground pepper for mild guacamole)


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Place avocado, olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, basil, coriander and salt into a food processor. Process until a smooth dip texture forms.

  • Step 2: Fold in diced red onion and sliced Jalapeno.

  • Step 3: Transfer to dip bowl to serve.
