INGREDIENTS:
3 avocados, peeled and de-pipped
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup lemon juice
1 sprig fresh basil
1 sprig fresh coriander
½ tsp salt
¼ red onion, finely diced
1 Jalapeno, finely sliced (optional/replace with ¼ tsp ground pepper for mild guacamole)
METHOD:
Step 1: Place avocado, olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, basil, coriander and salt into a food processor. Process until a smooth dip texture forms.
Step 2: Fold in diced red onion and sliced Jalapeno.
Step 3: Transfer to dip bowl to serve.
