Garlic & Lemon Lamb Cutlets

COOK TIME: 30min SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5kg lamb cutlets

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp oregano dried

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 10g thyme, roughly chopped

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp ground pepper


METHOD:

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix all ingredients together and coat the lamb well.

  • Step 2: On a BBQ or hotplate, grill each cutlet on high heat for 3-4 minutes either side.

  • Step 3: Serve.
