INGREDIENTS:
1.5kg lamb cutlets
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp oregano dried
¼ cup olive oil
10g thyme, roughly chopped
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
METHOD:
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix all ingredients together and coat the lamb well.
Step 2: On a BBQ or hotplate, grill each cutlet on high heat for 3-4 minutes either side.
Step 3: Serve.
