Fruit Salad Skewers

PREP TIME: 5min

SERVES: 5-10

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 raspberries

  • 10 blackberries

  • 10 blueberries

  • 1 white nectarine

  • 1 banana

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Set aside 10 wooden skewers.

  • Step 2: Wash the raspberries blueberries and blackberries.

  • Step 3: Slice the banana and dice the nectarine. 

  • Step 4: Take a wooden skewer and thread on one raspberry, one piece of nectarine, one slice of banana, one blackberry and one blueberry (in any order combination). 

  • Step 5: Follow the same threading process with all the remaining ingredients and skewers. 

  • Step 6: Serve the Fruit salad skewers standing upright in the serving glass.
