Fruit Salad Cups

PREP TIME: 10min

SERVES: 4-6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 nectarine

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 kiwi fruit

  • 1 banana

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Slice watermelon, pineapple and cantaloupe into 2cm thick slices.

  • Step 2: Remove the skin off the slices.

  • Step 3: Cut the slices into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.

  • Step 4: Serve hearts mixed in a small bowl or lunch box compartment.
