½ tsp butter
Step 1: Beat egg, milk and butter in a microwave safe mixing bowl.
Step 2: Place egg mixture into the microwave and cook in 45 second intervals, stirring and folding the scramble at each interval.
Step 3: Repeat this process until eggs are cooked through and fluffy.
Step 4: Allow the scramble to cool slightly and serve warm.
