INGREDIENTS:
1 litre water
12 pack hotdog rolls
12 skinless hotdogs
500g pickled onions, diced
500g pickled cucumbers, diced
100g red cabbage, shredded
100g cos lettuce, shredded
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
Tomato sauce
Yellow mustard
METHOD:
Step 1: Place water in a large saucepan and bring water to boil over medium heat.
Step 2: Lower heat and add hotdogs to boiling water.
Step 3: Cook hot dogs for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Drain hotdogs.
Step 5: Serve hotdogs in buns, with any combination of pickles, sauces and salads
