Family Hotdogs

PREP TIME: 10min

COOK TIME: 10min SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 litre water

  • 12 pack hotdog rolls

  • 12 skinless hotdogs

  • 500g pickled onions, diced

  • 500g pickled cucumbers, diced

  • 100g red cabbage, shredded

  • 100g cos lettuce, shredded

  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Tomato sauce

  • Yellow mustard

METHOD:

  • Step 1: Place water in a large saucepan and bring water to boil over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Lower heat and add hotdogs to boiling water.

  • Step 3: Cook hot dogs for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Drain hotdogs.

  • Step 5: Serve hotdogs in buns, with any combination of pickles, sauces and salads
