INGREDIENTS:
500g minced beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup parmesan, grated
¼ cup fresh parsley. chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp oregano
2 eggs
¼ cup olive oil
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 170°C.
Step 2: Combine all ingredients in a large baking dish and mix together well. Use hands to shape into a loaf.
Step 3: Cover dish will foil and bake covered for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Remove foil and cook for a further 30 minutes or until browned.
