2 cups self-rising flour
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1¾ cup milk
2 kiwi fruits, grated
1 banana, sliced
1 yellow peach, sliced
1 plum, sliced
¼ cup sultanas
200mL dollop cream
½ icing sugar
Step 1: Whisk flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Gradually whisk in milk to form a smooth mixture.
Step 3: Heat a large nonstick frying pan over low heat.
Step 4: Grease pan with spray cooking oil.
Step 5: Each bunny requires 1 cup of mixture to create 1 large circle pancake (body), 1 medium circle pancake (head) and 4 small oval pancakes (ears and feet).
Step 6: Cook each pancake on greased pan until bubbles appear, then flip until cooked through.
Step 7: Arrange pancakes into the shape of a bunny and decorate with sliced fruit, sultanas, dollop cream and icing sugar.
