INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of bread
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 tbsp mozzarella, grated
Butter to spread
METHOD:
Step 1: Butter both slices of bread.
Step 2: On one slice, place the cheddar cheese and grated mozzarella.
Step 3: Top with the other slice of bread.
Step 4: Butter the outsides of the sandwich.
Step 5: Place in a sandwich press. Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
Step 6: Serve.
